This recipe is very simple to make! In addition, hemp seed is rich in proteine and omega 3 fats, so it is also super healthy for you.
80 gr hemp seed
For this recipe it is useful if you have a high speed blender ¹.
Put the water in a high speed blender and add the hemp seeds. Let your blender run until you get a nice structure, this can take about 5 minutes.
If you think the taste is still a bit bland, you can add some dates, for example, but cinnamon or cacoa powder is also delicious! If you add some ingredients at this stage, don’t forget to let the blender run for a while!
Pour the hemp milk into a bottle and keep it in the fridge for up to 4 days.
¹ If you don’t have a high speed blender, you can also use a regular blender, but let the blender run a little longer.
