Beet smoothie

This recipe is for about 1 to 2 people.

350 ml plant-based milk¹
3 bananas
3 boiled beets with skin
140 gr frozen fruit- forest fruits
3 tbsp oatmeal
1 tbsp hemp seed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp linseed

Put all ingredients in a (high-speed) blender and let it run until you have the desired structure.

Serve in a large glass.

Enjoy your meal!

¹ You can also replace the milk with water.
