Blackberry-coconut smoothie

This recipe is for 1 person.


300 ml plant-based milk
2 medium bananas
150 g blackberries
1 heaping tbsp coconut grater
4 tbsp oatmeal
Some lemon balm leaves

Place all ingredients in a blender and let it run until you have the desired texture.

Serve in a tall glass.
