This recipe is for 1 person;
3 to 4 frozen bananas
½ fresh mango (frozen mango is also fine!)
Remove the bananas from the freezer and let them rest for 3 to 5 minutes
Chop the bananas into smaller pieces.¹
Add the bananas and mango to the food processor² and run until your ice cream is nice and creamy. Use the pestle in the blender and add some vegetable milk if necessary and use a spatula in the food processor to occasionally remove the ice from the edges
¹ So that your blender or food processor has it a little easier
² Or high speed blender
