Pulp crackers

The recipe can’t really be called a recipe!

I don’t even have quantities of everything for you. Do what you like and what sounds good. I think I’ve done a hand in terms of quantity for both the flaxseed and the sunflower seeds.

Fruit/vegetable pulp
A pinch of salt
Flax seed
sunflower seeds

That is it!

Mix all ingredients together (if the mixture is too dry, add a little water), spread the mixture on a drying oven sheet and put it in the dehydrator.

50 degrees Celsius for about 6 – 8 hours.

If you don’t have a drying oven, you can of course use your oven!
