This recipe is for 6 wraps.

Ingredients:

250 gr wheat flour
150 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp olive oil
Small pinch of sea salt.

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Then add the wet ingredients and mix everything well again. Put some flour on the counter and knead the dough on it until you have a nice even ball (if the dough is still quite sticky, add a little extra flour!)

Roll the dough into 6 balls and return them to the bowl. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Place a frying pan on the stove and let it get hot. Meanwhile, roll out a ball of dough, on a floured work surface, into a nice round wrap. When the pan is hot, bake the wraps alternately for 30-45 seconds (I usually keep 45 seconds). Repeat this with all balls of dough until you have 6 nice wraps.

Make sure you cover the already made wraps with a tea towel, so that they stay nice and soft!

Enjoy your meal!
