400 gr chickpeas
2- 3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp tahini
2- 3 tbsp lemon juice
A good pinch of sea salt and pepper
A pinch of chili flakes (if you want spicier, add more)
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
150-180 ml cold water (add more if you want the hummus a little thinner)

Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and let it run for a few minutes.
Taste and add some salt, pepper and / or lemon juice to taste if necessary.

Will keep for 5 days in the refrigerator

¹ If you use a can of chickpeas! the liquid that comes off is called “aquafaba”. Do not throw this liquid away! You can use it for anything; for example delicious brownies (recipe will follow soon !!)

Enjoy your meal!
