Strawberry milkshake smoothie

You know, those delicious milkshakes you can buy in one of those famous fast food chains.

Creamy and sweet!

The strawberry milkshake was by far my favorite. So of course we have to copy that, but then plant-based and without all that extra junk, in other words; healthy!

A strawberry milkshake smoothie sounds really delicious to me!!

I myself found the smoothie a bit on the thick side, so I added some extra water (250 ml I think).
I also added vegan vanilla protein, if you don’t have it at home now, you can leave it out, you just have to take into account that the taste of this delicious strawberry milkshake smoothie does change a bit.

For 1 person;

250 ml soy milk
2 bananas
300 gr (frozen) strawberries
2 tbsp hemp seed

Optional; vegan vanilla protein powder
Optional; some extra water

Put all ingredients in a (high speed) blender and then let it run until you have a creamy smooth milkshake smoothie.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
