Chocolate peanut clusters

My husband has been asking me for a long time if I want to try making chocolate peanut clusters and afterwards I wonder why I didn’t try this sooner! haha

This was so easy to make that our 7 year old son even did most of it (under supervision of course).

For 20 to 25 peanut brittle

200 gr dark chocolate
180 gr peanuts

Put the chocolate in a bowl and let it melt au bain-marie, when everything is melted remove the chocolate from the heat.

Let the chocolate cool down so that it no longer feels hot, add the peanuts and stir well until all the peanuts are well covered in the chocolate.

Line a baking tray with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

Scoop small heaps of the peanut-chocolate mixture on the plate with a tablespoon and then let them harden in the fridge.

When they are completely hard, you can then store them outside the fridge in a sealed container.

Enjoy your dinner!
