Carrot muffins

For 12 muffins

3 mashed bananas
35 gr coconut blossom sugar
65 gr applesauce
135 gr flour
100 gr wheat flour
165 gr grated carrot
50 gr walnuts, roughly chopped
15 gr coconut grater
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a muffin tin with silicone muffin cups or grease the muffin tin well with oil.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well and divide the dough over the muffin cups.

Bake your muffins for 25 minutes and let them cool completely before removing them from the molds.
